About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan facility in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the full nursing process from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
As a key member of our night shift team, you will function within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice standards. Your responsibilities include coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, providing education, and performing various nursing interventions. You may also serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care administration.
