Based at the GSS NE Albion facility, this Registered Nurse (RN) position operates on a PRN basis with 12-hour day shifts. You will serve as a vital member of a dedicated team, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Additionally, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care.
