About the Role
At the GSS NE Albion facility, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of the care team, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards while caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
In this position, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. You will ensure safe, reliable administration of care by providing adequate support and assistance to delegates, resolving care concerns, and maintaining compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Requirements
