At the GSS NE Albion facility, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of the inter-disciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
As a professional nurse, you will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. You may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care.
