As a Registered Nurse at our GSS NE Albion facility, you will serve as a vital member of our care team in Albion, Nebraska. This full-time, day-shift position (40 hours/week) focuses on utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your role involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and delivering education and nursing interventions. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
