At the GSS NE Albion facility, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of the inter-disciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
As a key clinical leader, you will coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education. You may also serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice is grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
