About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at our GSS NE Albion facility, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Your day will involve collaborating with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will care for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

In this role, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time position located at 1222 S 7th St, Albion, NE 68620. The role operates on 12-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
