At the GSS NE Albion facility, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of the care team, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
As a professional nurse, you will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of the American Nurses Association and the Nurse Practice Act. You may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care.
This position is part of the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program.
