As a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Gss Nd Bottineau Ctr, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
You will serve as a vital link in care coordination, resident assessment, and education. In this capacity, you may act as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, while functioning within the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of North Dakota.
