Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a community hospital dedicated to caring for a highly diverse population in the Boston metro-north region. As a member of the Medical Specialty team, you will support patients across a wide range of disciplines, including Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, and Pulmonary Medicine. Our work spans consults and procedures at two acute care hospitals as well as ambulatory care at three medical specialty clinics.

As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Specialties Clinic at CHA Cambridge Hospital, you will be responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. You will demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. Your role involves effectively managing patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a team of passionate advocates for the underserved. Newly hired RNs with experience in the specialty who are interested in committing to a minimum of two years of employment at Cambridge Health Alliance may be eligible to receive a sign-on and retention bonus of $10,000. Part-time employees may be eligible for a prorated retention bonus.
