About the Role
This Registered Nurse position is based onsite at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As a member of the Enterprise Float Pool, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes. The role requires a multidisciplinary team approach, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
You will work a Day and Night Rotation on a PRN basis. In the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, you will provide direct care in a technically complex environment. The role involves contributing to safety and quality at the point of care while welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting. You will also model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
