This position is an onsite Registered Nurse role within our Night Shift Incentive Program. Working nights allows you to earn more, with a quarterly incentive of $1,600 ($6,400/year) for full-time night shift RNs. You will provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope practice.
In this role, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth, while welcoming new knowledge in our collaborative setting. Your focus will be on contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects our mission to improve lives.
