This Registered Nurse position offers the opportunity to provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a technically complex Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. You will work on a day and night rotation schedule, contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality care while embracing new knowledge in a rapidly evolving clinical landscape.
As a member of our team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth. You will engage with AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards that guide evidence-based care. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
