About the Role

This Registered Nurse position offers the opportunity to provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a technically complex Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You will utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves working in a Day and Evening Rotation schedule, totaling 72 hours per pay period.

In this capacity, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth, welcoming new knowledge, and engaging with AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards. Clinical Educators will support and guide you through individualized specialty education and training to ensure competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
