This position is an onsite Registered Nurse role located at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. You will join a dynamic team within the Resource Pool, providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a technically complex Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment. The role utilizes the nursing process and values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
In this fast-paced, innovative clinical setting, you will prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. You will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care while modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. The ICU environment incorporates AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
Work nights, earn more. Our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs.
