Located at the Gss Nd Mandan Sunset facility in Mandan, ND, this Registered Nurse position is part of a dedicated and diverse care team. The facility is a 128-bed center offering long-term care, skilled nursing services, in-house dialysis, post-acute care, and restorative therapy. Nearly all residents enjoy private rooms and bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy.
In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The position involves caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, while coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing resident education. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care.
