As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Gss Nd Mandan Sunset facility in Mandan, ND, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Your role involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of the American Nurses Association and state regulations.
This position offers a unique "Flex Plus" model. While you will have a permanent home location, you may be deployed to sister centers if your primary facility experiences lower need. This flexibility is supported by a travel differential of $2.50/hr for facilities outside your home location, a $5/hr FLEX premium for the varying, non-block schedule, and additional shift differentials for weekends and evening/night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
In this role, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care. You will be responsible for coordination of care, resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
