We are seeking a Full-time Weekend Days Registered Nurse to join our team at the Sioux Falls Center. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The position involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education. As a charge nurse, you may delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable administration of care while adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
This is a full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week, working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a free schedule during the week with the option to pick up additional hours as available.
