About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Flexible Registered Nurse (RN) to support our team at the GSS SD Sf Ctr and GSS Luther Manor facilities. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment, flexing between locations to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
As an RN, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate treatment. You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment, ensuring that every resident receives support aligned with their specific needs. In this position, you may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.
Work Schedule & Compensation
This is a full-time flex position offering 36 hours per week. Shifts vary between 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM, including an every-other-weekend rotation. To support your work-life balance, this role includes a $5.00/hour flex shift premium, plus evening, night, and weekend premiums. Eligible candidates may also qualify for a $10,000 bonus.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
