About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Day Registered Nurse to join our team at the GSS SD Sf Luth Mnr facility in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families, inter-disciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The position involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education. As a team member, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
Compensation & Incentives
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $34.00 to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule consists of 32 hours per week on day shifts, typically structured as two 12-hour shifts and one 10-hour shift. Additional shift differentials are available for weekend work, with a rotation of every other weekend and holidays.
