About the Team
UCHealth is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Women and Infants Fellowship. This structured program is designed for nurses eager to gain specialized experience in antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. Working within an innovative and inclusive culture, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to mothers, babies, and families. You will be supported by dedicated preceptors, educators, and an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to women and infants across antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum settings
- check_circleMonitor maternal and newborn status, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition
- check_circleAdminister medications and treatments safely per UCHealth protocols
- check_circleEducate and support patients and families on childbirth, newborn care, and postpartum recovery
- check_circleCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
- check_circleParticipate in the RN Fellowship curriculum, simulation labs, and precepted clinical shifts
- check_circleDocument care accurately in the EHR and comply with all regulatory standards
- check_circleEngage in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and continuous learning
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent CO RN license or compact state equivalent
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS)
- verifiedNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- verifiedFetal monitoring certification preferred
Nice to Have
