About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Department, you will serve as a vital member of the health care team, utilizing clinical judgment to diagnose and treat human responses to actual or potential health problems. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating care activities across various health care disciplines, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient management. Your day-to-day work involves performing accurate multi-system assessments, developing individualized nursing plans sensitive to patient developmental needs, and executing protocols for medical and surgical patients. You will also play a key role in discharge planning, patient education, and emergency response, ensuring that every patient receives safe, high-quality care tailored to their specific condition.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
