About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will serve as the operational backbone of our nursing facility, supervising day-to-day activities to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This position exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and administrative oversight, ensuring that every aspect of nursing service aligns with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain a safe, warm, and professional environment. Your day involves more than just clinical tasks; you will coordinate with physicians, families, and support staff to manage admissions, transfers, and discharges while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
