About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will serve as the operational backbone of our nursing facility, supervising day-to-day activities to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a safe, warm, and professional environment for both residents and staff.

You will act as a bridge between the Director of Nursing Services and the frontline team, ensuring that policies are not only written but effectively implemented. Your day involves a dynamic mix of administrative oversight, direct patient care, and staff development. From coordinating with physicians and families to manage care plans and discharge processes, to conducting rounds and monitoring medication administration, you will be the constant presence ensuring continuity of care.

Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in shaping the department's culture. By leading shift meetings, participating in quality assurance committees, and mentoring staff, you help cultivate an atmosphere of positive emphasis and safety. Whether you are updating procedures, managing staffing levels, or responding to emergencies, your work directly impacts the well-being of our community.
