Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInterpret medication orders and dispense pharmaceutical preparations in accordance with legal and professional standards
- check_circleSupervise technical support staff and provide professional guidance to pharmacy personnel
- check_circleParticipate in performance improvement plans and consult on quality, regulatory, and risk issues
- check_circleGenerate required production reports and maintain accurate records for controlled substances
- check_circleReview patient profiles to ensure safe drug therapy and prevent adverse drug interactions
- check_circleConduct in-service education for hospital personnel and provide drug information consultations
- check_circleManage pharmacokinetics dosing services, interpret levels, and modify doses as appropriate
- check_circleVerify technician-prepared products and ensure aseptic techniques and inventory security
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with Pharmacist degree
- verifiedCurrent state license in good standing
