Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices owned and led by its physicians. As a Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse, you will deliver optimum quality care to patients throughout their surgical journey, from the pre-operative phase through recovery in the PACU and Phase II. You will serve as a vital link in the perioperative experience, ensuring a smooth flow of care within our Blaine Surgery Center.
In this part-time (0.8 FTE) role, you will work varied daytime hours between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Your day will involve assessing holistic patient needs, reviewing admission screenings, and providing individualized care plans based on nursing assessments. You will collaborate with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes, offering support, comfort, and education to patients and their families. Additionally, you will play a key role in the developmental process of colleagues and students, often functioning as a preceptor while maintaining the highest standards of aseptic technique and emergency response.
