As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will serve as the operational backbone of our nursing facility, supervising day-to-day activities to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a safe, warm, and professional environment for both residents and staff.
You will act as a bridge between the Director of Nursing, the medical team, and the residents' families. Your day involves coordinating care plans, managing staff schedules, and ensuring that every resident receives personalized attention. From conducting daily rounds to collaborating with physicians on treatment plans, you will be instrumental in the continuity of care, from admission to discharge.

This role requires a proactive approach to infection control, hazard reporting, and the maintenance of a clean, safe facility. You will work closely with our Safety Officer and Infection Control Coordinator to implement protocols that protect both our residents and our team.
We believe in the power of continuous learning. As part of our team, you will participate in in-service training, clinical supervision for nurse aides, and continuing education programs to stay abreast of the latest developments in nursing and healthcare regulations.
