Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTest equipment daily before opening the ride to guests
- check_circleEnforce park policies, ride restrictions and ride recommendations
- check_circleRestrict the number of guests on the loading platform to the number who can be seated on the ride
- check_circleEnsure safe operation of the ride and maintain safe queue lines
- check_circleAssist with the loading and unloading of the ride including small children and guests with disabilities
- check_circleVerify that safety restraints and belts are correctly secured before the ride is set into motion
- check_circleTake appropriate action to answer or resolve guest questions and complaints
- check_circleMeasure children at height stations and issue appropriate wristbands
