Our Reverse Mortgage team employs a knowledgeable staff of experienced Loan Officers supported by an operations team that is second to none. We are dedicated to addressing one of the most significant challenges facing the Baby Boomer generation today: financial preparedness for retirement.

Our Mission

We are committed to educating retirees and their families on the value of the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). Created by the U.S. government during President Reagan's term, this product was designed to utilize home equity to assist in a peaceful and secure transition to retirement. As financial advisors increasingly recognize HECM as a key tool in retirement planning, our team stands ready to assist clients on their timeline, not ours.

The Role

As a Loan Officer at Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative corporate culture that drives you to succeed. You will work with an unstoppable marketing machine that provides a high volume of qualified leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best: connecting with consumers and building lasting relationships.

In this role, you will analyze financial situations, identify customer goals, and negotiate solutions that empower clients. You will be supported by ongoing sales training, daily coaching, and access to an extensive product line that other lenders do not offer. Whether you are a seasoned professional or an ambitious newcomer, this position offers the opportunity for rapid advancement and a career built on integrity.
