About the Role

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in one of our operations. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and our inventory of new and used vehicles. Your mission is to understand the features, capabilities, and characteristics of our wide array of vehicle models to effectively develop buyers and close sales. You will be the face of the dealership, ensuring every interaction builds value for both the customer and the brand.

The Day-to-Day Experience

Your day will begin by greeting customers and actively listening to determine their specific needs, interests, and preferences. You will demonstrate vehicles by explaining their features and benefits, taking customers on test drives, and detailing warranties and services. Building long-term relationships is key; you will maintain rapport with previous customers, respond to inquiries, and network to expand our reach.

When it comes to closing the sale, you will navigate negotiations, overcome objections, and guide customers through the purchase order, financing, and delivery process. Beyond the showroom floor, you will maintain a high level of product knowledge through factory certifications and manage daily CRM entries to ensure seamless follow-up with all prospects.

Employment with Bean Automotive Group is contingent upon the successful completion of a thorough drug and background screening, including a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. We look for candidates who possess a valid, unrestricted Florida driver's license, a high school diploma, and the drive to work independently.
