As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, driving account development and revenue growth within the Contract Manufacturing and Semiconductor Packaging industry. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who possesses a deep understanding of customer business landscapes and future planning. You will take ownership of the customer revenue pipeline, managing both current performance and future opportunities while coordinating technical support to craft specific account strategies with direct factory interfaces.
You will lead and direct a sales force, potentially including Account Representatives and Account Managers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on strategic growth. Success in this position requires a strong team player who can work independently from day one, make impactful sales presentations, and navigate complex relationships with major clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory qualification for this position. The role demands a candidate who is a quick learner, able to follow instructions, and possesses strong organizational and computer skills to summarize weekly activities and prepare detailed reports.
