As a Sales Manager, you will partner with the Director of Sales to drive account development and strategic growth. This role exists to bridge the gap between customer business needs and ASE's technical capabilities, ensuring optimal revenue generation through deep industry understanding. You will take ownership of the customer revenue pipeline and the end-to-end design of business strategies, coordinating technical support to develop specific account plans with direct factory interfaces.
In this position, you will lead customer negotiations on Statement of Work agreements, defining project scope, deliverables, and commercial terms. Your day-to-day involves managing a sales force, conducting timely performance reviews, and leading negotiations to increase market share with existing customers while penetrating new accounts. You will also prepare quarterly reviews, forecast sales, and continually assess service offerings against evolving customer needs within the semiconductor and packaging landscape.
