As a Sr. Account Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between our customers and our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager and Sales Director by proactively developing new business strategies and driving growth within existing accounts. Your mission is to ensure seamless communication regarding project equipment status, factory readiness, and material pipelines, acting as the primary interface to keep customers informed of production updates and engineering details.
You will manage the full lifecycle of account development, from preparing written quotes and presenting proposals to conducting quarterly reviews and providing sales projections. Success in this position requires a motivated individual who is sensitive to turnaround times, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and maintains a professional image while navigating the complexities of the contract manufacturing business environment.
Candidates must demonstrate fluency in both English and Mandarin, alongside strong verbal and written communication skills. The role requires a proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
