The Retirement Analyst serves as a vital support pillar for caregivers, participants, and retirees, managing the end-to-end processing of retirement-related transactions. Working under the direction of the Manager of Retirement Operations, this role acts as a subject matter expert and primary liaison for key functional areas, including pension plans, retiree welfare benefits, and defined contribution plans (401k, 403b, 457).
In this position, you will ensure the accurate and efficient administration of retirement assets while maintaining strict compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations. You will interface with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, external trustees, and third-party administrators to facilitate data transfers, resolve complex discrepancies, and advise on coverage eligibility. The role requires a blend of analytical precision and operational coordination to support leadership, participants, and retirees throughout their retirement journey.
