Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure accurate general ledger coding and maintenance of all accounting activity
- check_circleProcess entries in R365 accounting software and supervise accuracy of invoice coding
- check_circlePrepare and present daily and weekly in-house financial reports
- check_circleAssist with month-end closing procedures and financial-related audits
- check_circleResearch and resolve discrepancies in third-party billing and outstanding account balances
- check_circlePerform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for invoices, credit cards, and payroll
- check_circleManage accounts payable function including invoice entry and vendor payments
- check_circleOversee new vendor setup and maintain professional vendor relationships
