About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for Everence Retirement Services, managing the daily activities surrounding Everence annuities, the Mennonite Retirement Trust (MRT), and broader retirement plan services. The role exists to ensure seamless administrative execution, allowing advisors, employers, and congregations to focus on their core missions while we handle the complexities of retirement product operations.
You will act as a central point of contact, bridging the gap between internal teams, external service providers, and our diverse client base. Your day involves collaborating with staff to process surrenders, maturities, and retirement payments, while simultaneously maintaining the integrity of participant data and tax reporting. Beyond transactional tasks, you will guide employers and participants through account establishment, enrollment, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to retirement.
A key part of your mission is to uphold the Everence commitment to empowering financial well-being for faith-inspired living. You will develop deep expertise in our retirement products, assist with compliance activities, and ensure all operational systems and documentation remain current. This role requires a balance of independent initiative and collaborative teamwork to manage multiple projects with precision and care.

Requirements
