About the Role
The Retail Training Specialist serves as a vital link between Acosta Group and field merchandisers, ensuring consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated territories. This role is designed to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers through comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing support.
As a subject matter expert, you will foster a positive learning environment and a culture of continuous improvement. You will travel up to 75 miles within your assigned territory to conduct on-site and virtual training sessions, covering everything from product placement and signage techniques to new product launches and store resets. Your work ensures that visual impact and sales potential are maximized in every store you visit.

Requirements
