As a Retail Training Specialist based in Las Vegas, you will serve as a vital link between our strategic goals and field execution. This role exists to empower field merchandisers with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize visual impact and drive sales. You will deliver comprehensive training programs, ranging from product knowledge to display techniques, ensuring that every store visit reinforces our standards.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices and industry trends. Your day will involve a mix of on-site and virtual training sessions, hands-on coaching during store visits, and collaboration with field managers to identify specific skill development needs. You will travel within your assigned territory to support new product launches, store resets, and open territories, ensuring that our clients' brands are represented with excellence.
