About the Role
As a Retail Training Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between strategic merchandising standards and their execution on the ground. Your mission is to ensure consistent brand representation, product knowledge, and visual impact across designated territories by empowering field merchandisers. You will not only deliver training but also foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping field managers and teams maximize their performance and productivity.
This role is dynamic and hands-on. You will travel within your assigned territory to conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions, coaching merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques. From supporting new product launches to executing store resets, you will act as a subject matter expert, adapting to client-specific needs and industry trends while maintaining a collaborative spirit with field managers.

Requirements
