About the Role

FocusKPI is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company based in Mountain View, CA. This is an onsite role requiring a 5-day work week for a 7-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance.

In this position, you will play a vital support role in maintaining the operational integrity of a physiological data collection laboratory. Your day-to-day activities will involve assisting with the setup of study equipment and devices, including pairing hardware and installing necessary applications. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed logs of lab inventories, managing the packaging and shipping of study supplies, and keeping precise records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Beyond inventory management, you will ensure the laboratory remains organized, clean, and safe while operating and maintaining the onsite physiological data collection equipment. The role also includes adhering to good clinical practices and applicable health and safety principles, as well as handling light clerical tasks such as printing, stapling, and filing.
