About the Role
As a Retail Training Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between our strategic goals and field execution. This role exists to deliver comprehensive training programs to field merchandisers, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to maximize visual impact and drive sales. You will act as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities, providing hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits to reinforce training concepts.
In this position, you will balance on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers on standards, product features, and promotional campaigns. Your day-to-day involves traveling up to 75 miles within your assigned territory to conduct training, update materials based on product changes, and support new product launches and store resets. You will collaborate closely with field managers to identify training needs and monitor effectiveness through metrics and observations, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity across the team.
