About the Role
The Retail Training Specialist serves as a vital link between strategic merchandising standards and field execution. In this part-time capacity based in Phoenix, Arizona, you will ensure consistent implementation of brand representation and product knowledge across designated territories. This role exists to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers and merchandisers through hands-on coaching and comprehensive education.
You will act as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities. Your day-to-day involves traveling up to 75 miles within your assigned territory to conduct on-site and virtual training sessions. Whether educating teams on product placement, signage, and display techniques, or supporting new product launches and store resets, you will foster a positive learning environment and a culture of continuous improvement.
