About the Role
The Retail Training Specialist is a pivotal field-based role designed to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated territories. As a subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between strategic guidelines and on-the-ground execution by delivering comprehensive training programs to field merchandisers.
This position is more than just instruction; it is about fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will travel up to 75 miles within your assigned territory to conduct hands-on coaching, on-site and virtual sessions, and store visits. Your day-to-day involves evaluating training effectiveness, supporting new product launches, and collaborating with field managers to identify skill development needs. By providing timely resources and feedback, you will help enhance the performance and productivity of the entire merchandising team.
