About the Role

As a Retail Training Specialist with ACO-US, you will serve as a vital link between our strategic merchandising standards and the field teams executing them. Your mission is to ensure consistent brand representation and product knowledge across designated territories by delivering high-impact training programs to field merchandisers. This role is designed to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers through hands-on coaching, ongoing support, and the cultivation of a culture of continuous improvement.

In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities. You will travel within your assigned territory to conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions, educating teams on product features, promotional campaigns, and display techniques. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with field managers to identify skill gaps, monitoring training effectiveness through metrics, and updating materials to reflect the latest product changes and industry trends. Whether supporting new product launches or covering open territories, you will foster a positive learning environment that maximizes visual impact and sales.
