About the Role

The Store Manager leads Mattress Firm's vision and Company Initiatives, achieving sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising. This role is about more than just operations; it is about fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to achieving success. As an effective coach, you will develop associates' skills and performance, ensuring teams always put the customer at the center and creating a compelling environment for the team.

You will conduct one-on-one meetings to gain a deep understanding of your team's motivations and personal or professional aspirations, developing a comprehensive team "bio book" that grows alongside them. Your day will involve analyzing reporting to determine appropriate staffing levels, partnering with marketing to plan social media strategies, and ensuring the store executes product merchandising and marketing standards flawlessly.
