About the Role
This position drives retail business operations at a GCNA store location, serving as a vital link in our mission to end unemployment. You will be responsible for the entire store production, directly leading Assistant Store Managers, the Production Team, and Donation Attendants. Your day-to-day involves balancing people leadership, financial management, and operational excellence to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly goals for operating income and revenue.
As a Goodwill ambassador, you will partner with community businesses to promote our mission while ensuring the store reflects the Goodwill brand through cleanliness and excellent customer service. You will model our core values—Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation—while building a high-performing team. This role requires flexibility, including the ability to transfer to different stores based on business needs and reliable transportation for tasks such as bank deposits and inter-store support.
