This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. The role requires maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, achieving excellent customer service, and consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
The selected individual will be expected to work at Store #1018 located at 6100 W Vernor Hwy, Detroit, MI 48209. This is a part-time role starting at $16 per hour.

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Skills: English, Spanish, Driver's License.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
