About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Co-worker to join our Tampa team in a 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension. This position focuses on the Merchandising and Recovery of home accessories, ensuring our sales floor remains pristine, fully stocked, and visually appealing. While the title includes "Sales," the core mission of this role is operational excellence in merchandising rather than direct furniture or appliance sales.
You will be the expert on the floor, guiding customers toward top-selling home furnishing solutions while maintaining the integrity of our displays. Your day will involve flexing and fronting shelves, condensing pallets, and conducting "go-back" sweeps to keep the Markethall clean and tidy. You will work in collaboration with shopkeepers to ensure a positive shopping experience, removing cardboard, clearing damaged goods, and sorting abandoned merchandise.

This role is designed for candidates with a background in high-turnover retail environments such as Walmart, Target, CVS, or Dollar General. Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must have prior merchandising experience from high-volume retailers. We are looking for individuals ready to start immediately on the 2nd shift (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM). Please note that this is a W2 position with a pay rate of $18.00/hr.
