A Day in the Life
Your day will center on connecting with customers through intimate and personalized service. You will conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and providing appropriate fit and style guidance, supported by comprehensive training from Nordstrom. Beyond the fitting room, you will build lasting relationships by offering honest feedback and personalized service. You will leverage tools like text and social media to achieve sales goals, while staying updated on fashion and product knowledge through ongoing trainings. Collaboration is key; you will work with the team to maintain a customer-ready department by handling tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
