About the Role
As a Retail Sales Department Manager, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic management team where people love to shop. In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop strong relationships with customers, meeting every need in a quick and efficient manner. You will also supervise and participate in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service. Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent

- verifiedPrior retail sales management experience

- verifiedExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- verifiedAbility to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports
- verifiedAvailable to work varied days and hours including evenings and weekends
